David Eisler (1973, Band, Clarinet) - Chosen by Leonard Bernstein to be the star tenor for Candide. David, who is deceased, won the 1987 Grammy Award for opera with his performance in Candide. He was the Drum Major of the North Marching Band his junior and senior year. |

Dr. Brenda Graham (1980, Band - Percussion, Orchestra - Viola) - Received Doctor of Music Degree from Indiana University and was Auxiliary Head for Indiana University Marching Band. Brenda, who passed away in October 2011, was a former Instrumental Music Teacher at Helfrich Park Middle School and a former Professor of Music at Oakland City University. Brenda also composed and published string orchestra music, which includes her "March of the Green Brigade," written for string orchestra and published by Highland-Etling Music |

Troy Wright (1980, Band, Trumpet) - Troy has been a classical, acoustic, and electric guitar instructor at MAC since 1995. He received his Master of Music in Classical Guitar Performance at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music and, as a trumpet major, his Bachelor of Music at the University of Evansville. A professional musician since 1981, Troy has performed as a classical guitar soloist and with symphonic, jazz, R&B, classical, rock, and country ensembles. Troy has also worked as a faculty member of the Summer Classical Guitar Workshop at CCM from 1998-2005. |
