Evansville North Invitational Marching Band Competition |

This is the 30th year for the Evansville North Invitational! It will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2011, beginning at 5:00pm at Central Stadium.
The Evansville North Invitational is one of the largest and longest running competitions in southern Indiana. There is easy access for spectators, ample parking, and equipment movement. Central Stadium also provides an excellent vantage for fans and judges alike. There are 4 classes, with bands classified according to a combination of band size and school size. There is NO ENTRY FEE! |

ISSMA rules and adjudication sheets will be used. There will be 2 music judges, a visual ex. judge, a music GE judge, and a visual GE judge provided by an independent panel of ISSMA judges. There will also be caption judges for percussion, auxiliary, and drum majors. Each class: lst place, 2nd place, 3rd place, Best Percussion, Best Auxiliary, Best Drum Majors. Overall: Grand Champion, Best Overall Music, Best Overall Visual, Best Overall Soloist, Best Overall Percussion, Best Overall Auxiliary, Best Overall Drum Majors! Trophies and awards will be presented at the conclusion of Class AA and Class AAAA. Concessions will open early for the convenience of the first arriving bands. We will do everything we can to provide a first-class experience for you and your students! The competition, held at Central Stadium, 5400 First Avenue, attracts some of the finest high school marching bands in the tri-state. There is ample parking, easy access, comfortable seating, and plenty of room for band and equipment movement. Each band receives a complimentary video of their performance.
